Well it looks like 2010 is going to bring another round of juicy tax credit goodies. If you are a small business in this tough econony, it is definetly in your best interest to take advantage of these tax breaks.

I’ve been active in taxes for longer then I care to admit, both on the personal side (all my employed life!!) and from a legal standpoint since passing the bar and following up on tax law. I’ve offered a lot of advice and righted a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you’ve posted makes perfect sense. Please carry on the good work – the more individuals know the better they’ll be equipped to handle with the tax man, and that’s what it’s all about.

I own a small business selling and manufacturing adhesive blending equipment for the flexible packaging industry. My capital equipment orders range from $80K to $500K. My question is this: What can I present to potential customers that would make them aware of the potential tax advantages of purchainsg equipment now?

We have a small business,charter busses, that we have shown a loss on for the last 5 years, because of depreciation of equipment and the high cost of fuel. We purchased new busses in 2003 and 2005. How will this program help us.
